Learning evaluation and quality management

Quality management of further training management is still in the early stages of development for the most part both regarding external educational institutions and internal educational service providers. According to the McKinsey-study among executives less than 60 percent of offered education trainings are efficient and effective (see also McKinsey-study).

Business environment of the last few years caused the fact that responsible persons have to be able to

Based on these central questions practitioners and researchers aim to develop concepts and tools in order to guarantee an efficient and effective management of further trainings. The tools envolved enable Knowledge Markets to carry out quality assurance and learning evaluation and offer their customers valuable clues to their training management.
