Therefore not only Knowledge Markets, but also the customers themselves are interested in a wide distribution of the products. With the support of the open source community, users built competence networks (in form of a consortium) where knowledge is exchanged.

As a "spin-off" of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Knowledge Markets ensures the connection to research infrastructures of and continuous cooperation with universities and companies, developing international research projects.
